DESCRIPTION:Burn Boot Camp is excited to host the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber's Young Professionals Group for a high-energy meetup you won't want to miss! At Burn\, our mission is to ignite confidence\, build strength\, and create a community that pushes you to be your best inside and outside the gym.\n\n \n\nWe're kicking things off with one of our signature 45-minute Burn camps a fast-paced\, music-bumping workout that blends strength and cardio and is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a regular gym-goer or just looking to try something new\, you'll fit right in.\n\n \n\nHere's how the evening will flow. If you plan to work out: \n\n	Please arrive between 5:15 5:20pm so we can get everyone checked in and ready to roll\n	Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring clean athletic shoes\n	Camp starts right at 5:30pm\n	Please complete your liability waiver ahead of time: linktr.ee/burnwinchester\n	Arrive by 5:45 and the Camp/workout has already started? Please stretch and warm up before you join in. Arrive after 5:45? Feel free to watch and see what Burn Boot Camp is about and then stay for networking. \n\nAfter we sweat\, we'll switch gears and keep the good vibes going with a networking reception at 6:15pm\, complete with food\, drinks\, and great conversation.
