SUMMARY:Women's Self Defense
DESCRIPTION:This is a basic self-defense class for women only. In the first Wednesday night\, we discuss situation awareness and avoidance techniques to prevent minimize being attacked. The other two Wednesday nights\, we learn basic blocks and strikes as well as escapes from general abduction techniques. The last Wednesday night is a culmination of learning where the student will get the chance to apply her new skills against a simulated attacker in a padded suit. This class is open to girls and women over 11 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Students must be able to attend all portions.
