\nUpon arrival\, if your vehicle or setup exceeds the allotted space without prior approval\, you may not be permitted to display\, and no refunds or exceptions will be given.
\nPlease Note: Tables\, tents\, and chairs will not be provided. Participants must bring all necessary equipment for their display.

\nSet-Up &\; Show Hours:
\nSaturday Setup:
\n&bull\; All vehicles must arrive and be fully set up between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
\n&bull\; No vehicle entry will be permitted after 9:00 AM due to pedestrian traffic.
\nShow Hours:
\n&bull\; The show runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
\n&bull\; For safety reasons\, vehicles must remain parked until 3:00 PM&mdash\;no early departures. (Be mindful of weather forecast)
\n&bull\; Anyone who leaves early will not be invited back for future events.
\nJudging Format:
\n&bull\; This year&rsquo\;s show will not include formal judging or judged categories.
\n&bull\; Instead\, we&rsquo\;re keeping things fun and relaxed with a People&rsquo\;s Choice Award for Best in Show\, voted on by event attendees.
\n&bull\; Voting will open at 11:00 AM\, and the winner will be announced between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
\nParking Details:
\n&bull\; Each registered vehicle will receive one designated parking/display space.
\n&bull\; Due to limited parking\, trailers must be moved off-site after unloading. Trailer parking will not be available on the event property.
\nSpace Expectations:
\n&bull\; Please keep your display area clean\, uncluttered\, and safe for guests at all times.
\nIn the event of inclement weather or an emergency\, attendees will be directed to the nearest exit by Frederick County Sheriff'\;s Office or airport personnel.
\n
\nAgreement:
\nBy submitting this application\, I acknowledge that I have read\, understand\, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Wings &\; Wheels Festival &ndash\; Winchester\, VA.
\nIn an effort to ensure a diverse and balanced selection of vendors and exhibitors\, the Winchester Regional Airport Authority and/or the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber (TVRC) reserve the right to accept or deny any vendor application at their discretion.
\nI understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the forfeiture of all fees paid and may subject me to further action as determined by the Wings &\; Wheels Committee.
\nFurthermore\, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Wings &\; Wheels Committee\, the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber\, the Winchester Regional Airport\, Frederick County\, and all respective elected and appointed officials\, officers\, directors\, employees\, agents\, volunteers\, and consultants from and against any and all claims\, losses\, liabilities\, and expenses&mdash\;including attorney&rsquo\;s fees and court costs&mdash\;arising out of or related to my participation in the Wings &\; Wheels Festival.

\nCancellation &\; Refunds:
\nNo refunds\, reimbursements\, or credits will be issued for any reason\, including but not limited to inclement weather\, natural disasters\, or any state of emergency that may result in the cancellation of the event.
\nBy signing and submitting your application along with payment\, you acknowledge and accept these terms. No exceptions will be made.
