The Valor Awards will recognize law enforcement and fire and rescue efforts in the Winchester\, Frederick and Clarke Counties area.   Participating agencies include the Fire and Rescue Departments from the City of Winchester\, Frederick and Clarke Counties\, Winchester City Police Department\, and the Sheriffs' Departments of Winchester\, Frederick and Clarke Counties.\n\nMaster of Ceremonies will announce the award winners which will be presented by the leadership of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber and City National Bank.
