She has over 17 years of leadership experience with the Alliance and she oversees their Leadership Lynchburg program.  Her message encourages you to connect personal growth\, life purpose and internal reflection/self awareness with your profession\, and to ensure that you bring your best to everything you do.  At this luncheon\, you'll be inspired and challenged to think about your influence and all the ways you touch the lives of others.  Kennedy will walk attendees through some thought provoking principles she brings to her clients all across the country.
