DESCRIPTION:Valley Business Women DIY Girls Night Out\n\nThursday\, April 4\, 2019\n\nSolenberger's True Value Hardware\n\n\n\nPlease join us for another fun night out with Valley Business Women!  Patti Solenberger with Solenberger's True Value Hardware will host us for an early evening of learning tricks of the trade while enjoying great company and yummy refreshments provided by Oakstone Pizza.\n\n\n\nWe'll break into groups and rotate through several DIY stations including:\n\n \n\n\n	Potty Training - Changing the guts and handle of a toilet.  This is one of the easiest\, most necessary home maintenance jobs and many women are intimidated by it!  Learning this skill can save $$$ and we'll learn how to do it in 10 minutes!\n\n	 \n	Shock Proof - In 10 minutes we'll learn how to begin any electrical project and which projects we can do ourselves and which we should call an electrician to handle!  This class will emphasize safety and teach how to use a volt meter before starting any electrical project for the home.\n\n	 \n	Tool time - One of the most fun tools to use is a electric drill! We'll learn how to operate a drill safely and the many ways an electric drill is useful for the homeowner.\n\n	 \n	Yes you can! - In ten minutes we'll learn how to use a water bath canner to preserve  fruits and vegetables.\n\n	 \n\n\nAt the end of the evening we'll come back together and work on homemade birdfeeders.  They are super easy and quick to make. \n\n\n\nWe look forward to having you with us!
