DESCRIPTION:February is always footwear month at Froggy's Closet\, a nonprofit dedicated to helping foster children\, children at risk and children in need.  This year will be our 5th annual fundraiser to collect NEW shoes which started when a foster child who appreciated all the essentials received\, took the shoes out of the bag and said "Why are the bottoms of all my shoes always dirty?"\n\n?A NEW pair of shoes can be a feeling of love\, pride and acceptance\, like a new beginning.  Froggy's wants all children to have that feeling.  This Footwear Drive collects enough NEW SHOES to fill all the requests for a full year.  In 2023 Froggy's assisted 20 agencies in the area with 1\,465 requests.  \n\n\n\nFroggy's is asking for youth size 5 - adult sizes.  Sneakers/tennis shoes are most comfortable for kids to be kids!
