The program ends each day at 5pm.\n Program Includes: Day One lunch. Days Two & Three breakfast & lunch.\n Program certified for 16 Continuing Education Credits from SHRM and ICF.\n Led by Gregg Ward\, MCEC BCC\, the creator of the Restoring Respect / Coaching for Respect process and CRL expert facilitators.\n Practical\, hands-on\, experiential learning and practice working with professional actors in "living case studies".\n Hard and digital copies of Restoring Respect and The Restoring Respect Workbook\, job aides and tools.\n Two (2) hours of post-program coaching sessions with CRL expert coaches are included in your fee - we will guide you on your first run of the RR/CfR process.\n Access to CRL's DISC Assessments at discounted rates.\n Access to CRL's Roadmap to Respect e-learning suite of self-directed programs and resale of these to your clients at discounted rates.\n Participants are automatically enrolled free of charge for the first year as Certified CfR Facilitators into our CfR Facilitator Dbase used by organizations all over the world who are seeking the services of outside experts.\n Each subsequent year\, access to one low and locked-in-for-life annual fee that completely covers \n\n a.
