While in restaurants she assisted in opening over 20 new locations focusing on training front of house staff. While working in casinos she created and maintained guest service\, safety\, employee engagement\, & leadership development programs and initiatives.\n\nShe is also an active member of her community as she believes that to live in a good place you must be a part of it. She is on the Board for Wild & Wonderful Toastmasters\, Program Director for the Eastern Panhandle Society for Human Resources Management (EPSHRM)\, Board Member for Jefferson County Parks & Rec\, Board Member for Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce and proud recipient of the 2022 Chuck Ellison Distinguished Citizen of the Year Award.\n\nVicky brings both an operations and systems background to all of her projects and has made it a personal mission to not let training be boring. By understanding how people learn and bringing information to them in a way that is actionable she can give your team the tools they need to be safe and succeed.
